What are AI images?

AI generated images are images generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

How do the generated application images differ from conventional, professionally photographed images?

The ability of our AI technology to recognize and mimic patterns and features in existing images can make these images look extremely realistic. However, it is important to understand that these are realistically recreated photos that do not exist in reality.

What to do if small errors appear in my images?

It can happen that small mistakes creep in like a wrong button, missing shadow play or unnatural perspectives. In this case, it is important to choose the headshot you like most from the images sent to you.

What is the right size and format for your resume professional headshot?

In a classic resume, the photo is positioned at the top left or right in portrait format. The photo should be 4-5 cm wide and 5-7 cm high. It is important that the overall impression is right and that the photo integrates itself into the CV layout.

What do you do with my photos after training the AI?

We train our AI model with photos, create images and then delete them and the model from our servers within 14 days. To delete them faster, write us at info@porfilbildpro.de and we will delete all your data immediately.

What kind of photos should I upload?

We recommend 10 close-ups or selfies and 5 chest shots. Variety is key: facial expressions, locations, backgrounds and perspectives should all be different. Look away from the camera, too. High quality photos are best; we advise minimal makeup as it may look exaggerated in the photos. No nude pictures or swimwear/underwear!

How long does it take?

It usually only takes a few minutes to sign up and upload your pictures. The creation of the professional headshots usually takes only a few hours after your upload. However, it can take up to 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we can refund purchases made within the first 14 days, provided that the AI has not yet started processing the order. You can request a refund at info@profilbildpro.de. For more information, please have a look at our Terms and Conditions.

What photo formats do you accept?

We support JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, but not AVIF or GIF.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, it is safe. You can conveniently pay by PayPal or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
